Startup Operating Agreement & Scaling Plan

I’m preparing my new venture for rapid growth and need one cohesive engagement that delivers both a solid legal-business foundation and a clear market-expansion roadmap.

1. Operating agreement
I want a concise, investor-ready document that spells out:
• Ownership and equity distribution for all founders and early contributors
• Day-to-day and strategic management roles, plus reporting lines
• A decision-making framework that avoids deadlock yet keeps everyone accountable

I’ll supply current cap-table figures, draft bylaws, and any prior memos you may need. Your job is to

1. Meet with (2) founders - interview them both to understand position and expectations for operating plan

2. Draft three possible organizational structure options and present back to both founders & strategic advisor

translate this information & feedback into a legally sound agreement written in plain English, ready for attorney review.

2. Scaling plan
With the internal structure clarified, I need an actionable plan focused on expansion and investment structure.

I’m looking for:
• A step-by-step operations/ governance outline for the next 12–18 months that align with fast growth plan

Acceptance criteria
• Both documents delivered in editable formats (Word)
• All assumptions and data sources cited
• Content matches the agreed outline and is consistent across both documents
