I need a Chartered Accountant who can jump in for a short, focused engagement and steer me through three critical stages:
• First, a strategy call to dissect my business model, with special emphasis on sharpening and validating the revenue streams.
• Next, a full-fledged business plan, complete with robust financial projections (cash-flow, P&L, balance sheet) that will stand up to bank scrutiny. I’m happy to share raw numbers the moment we start.
• Finally, hands-on support while I apply for bank finance under CGTMSE/MSME schemes—everything from assembling the paperwork to following up with the branch until sanctions come through.
