My Google Business Profile for a service-provider company is currently in an endless suspend-reinstate loop. Every week or two I receive the dreaded “Your profile has been suspended” email without any accompanying explanation, and the listing is still not fully verified. I need experienced help to pinpoint whatever policy triggers I’m hitting, guide the profile through successful verification, submit the correct reinstatement request, and harden the listing so it finally stays live.
You will have direct access to the account (Business Profile Manager / Google My Business dashboard) and any supporting documentation you need—utility bills, business registrations, photos of signage, service area details, etc. I can jump on video calls for postcard or video verifications if they become necessary.
Deliverables
• Audit report outlining suspected violations or missing information causing the suspensions
• All corrective edits completed inside the profile, with notes on each change
• Verification and reinstatement successfully processed until status shows “Verified” and the listing is publicly visible
• Short best-practice checklist so I can keep the profile compliant
Acceptance Criteria
• Profile displays live and verified for at least 14 consecutive days without a repeat suspension
• I receive a brief hand-off document summarising the work and future maintenance tips
