SA Sole Prop & BBBEE Registration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to formalise my new venture as a sole proprietor in South Africa and I want everything done correctly from day one—name reservation, statutory registrations, tax compliance and the BBBEE certificate all wrapped up in one smooth process. The business name is not yet registered, so the first step will be reserving and securing it with CIPC.
From there I’ll need every compulsory form and affidavit drafted, lodged and returned to me in approved form. That includes SARS income-tax registration (and VAT/UIF/SDL if they become necessary), a valid tax-compliance PIN, and the sworn BBBEE affidavit that sole proprietors use as their compliance certificate. Because I selected full assistance, I’m looking for someone who can manage each filing end-to-end, liaise with the relevant bodies, keep me updated, and hand back a complete compliance pack I can show to banks, suppliers or tender boards without additional edits.
Deliverables (all items must be supplied in PDF where applicable):
• Confirmed CIPC name reservation
• Completed sole-proprietor tax registration with SARS and active eFiling profile
• Tax-compliance PIN letter
• BBBEE Level 1 affidavit/certificate signed and stamped
• Copies of every form and receipt submitted, plus a brief hand-over note so I know exactly what’s been done and how to keep everything current
