Software Patent & US Company Registration -- 2

My desktop application is fully built and ready to be protected. I need a professional who can take the lead on drafting and filing a solid software patent with the USPTO, then steer me through the steps of setting up a U-S business entity so the IP sits in the right company from day one.

The code is working in production, yet I have no written tech specs or user manuals. Part of the assignment is helping me reverse-engineer the necessary documentation that will satisfy patent examiners and future investors alike. Once the filing package is complete, I also want high-level advice on trademarks so we can line up the next wave of protection.

Key deliverables
