Small company valuations (3 different companies) with a view to an equitable merger

Three small to medium sized companies, each working in the tourism sector (in the African Safari sector) need to be evaluated. The relative value of each company to the next will go against it's weighting in a newly formed holding company. The valuations and respective directorship/shareholdings, will go towards a weighted set of values in the newly formed company, incorporating all three initial companies.
