Retail Boutique Workflow Development

Title: Retail Boutique Operations & Workflow Consultant (remote) – India
Scope:
- Design full operational processes for a bridal/fashion boutique.
- Create admin templates/forms: inventory sheet, sales log, customer order form, staff schedule, returns/exchange form, supplier/order forms, etc.
- Provide a complete operations manual (in English, Arabic optional).
- Recommend store-layout & workflow (stock receiving, storage, POS, display, customer flow) — integration with later 3D design.
- Advise on best-practice workflow for retail (sales, stock, restocking, returns, customer service).
Deliverables:
- SOP document (PDF + Word).
- All admin templates in editable format (Excel/Word).
- Process flow diagrams (if possible).
- Implementation guidelines (for boutique launch).
Requirements:
- Experience with retail boutiques or small retail businesses.
- Good communication English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to deliver within defined time-frame (e.g. 2–4 weeks).
- Remote work availability, willing to coordinate time-zones with Qatar.
