Remote/ Part-Time . Strategy and Management Consultant – $100/hr (MBB / Big 5)
Budget: $100 – $120 USD
I need an experienced strategy or management consultant to plug into our team on a part-time, hourly basis. Your main mandate will be scenario modeling and opportunity evaluation for a suite of SaaS initiatives we are assessing this quarter. I will feed you raw market data, internal performance metrics, and stakeholder inputs; you will turn them into clear go-to-market options, quantified business cases, and concise slide narratives my leadership team can act on.
Because you will present directly to our internal management group, you must already be comfortable distilling complex analysis into crisp, executive-ready insights. A background of at least two years with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or one of the Big 5 firms is strongly preferred, as is fluency with the classic strategic frameworks. SaaS experience is essential—many of our questions revolve around subscription pricing, retention economics, and platform expansion plays—so you should bring credible examples of work you have led in that space.
Day to day you will:
• Build and stress-test financial and operational scenarios in Excel
• Synthesize competitive and market intelligence into opportunity sizing models
• Translate findings into polished PowerPoint decks for weekly leadership reviews
