Register Companies in Zambia & Namibia
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m ready to set up new Private Limited companies in both Zambia and Namibia even though I am a non-resident, and I want the entire process handled for me from drafting or refining every document through to submitting the file at each government office and securing the final certificates of incorporation.
Here is what I expect as clear, trackable deliverables:
• Name reservation and confirmation in each jurisdiction
• Complete incorporation packs prepared, signed, and lodged
• Government and registrar fees paid on my behalf (I will reimburse promptly)
• Issued Certificates of Incorporation, statutory forms, and share certificates delivered in digital format
• Any mandatory post-registration steps covered, such as tax or business-licence registrations, so that each entity is fully compliant and ready to trade
I have no in-house paperwork yet, so you will take the lead on drafting the Memorandum & Articles, Form 2/CR5 equivalents, shareholder and director resolutions, plus any power-of-attorney required because of my non-resident status.
Please let me know your estimated timeline for each country, any additional information you’ll need from me (passport copies, proof of address, proposed share structure, etc.), and how you plan to coordinate filings with PACRA in Zambia and the Business and Intellectual Property Authority in Namibia. If you have done similar cross-border incorporations before, do mention that speed and accuracy are important to me.
