Register Companies in India
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to set up new Private Limited companies in India even though I am a non-resident, and I want the entire process handled for me from drafting or refining every document through to submitting the file at each government office and securing the final certificates of incorporation.
Here is what I expect as clear, trackable deliverables:
• Name reservation and confirmation in each jurisdiction
• Complete incorporation packs prepared, signed, and lodged
• Government and registrar fees paid on my behalf (I will reimburse promptly)
• Issued Certificates of Incorporation, statutory forms, and share certificates delivered in digital format
I have no in-house paperwork yet, so you will take the lead on drafting the Memorandum & Articles, Form 2/CR5 equivalents, shareholder and director resolutions.
Please let me know your estimated timeline, any additional information you’ll need from me (passport copies, proof of address, proposed share structure, etc.), and how you plan to coordinate.
