Register Brand & Launch on Myntra

I run WithStyle, a Delhi-based online clothing label, and I need end-to-end help to formalise the business and start selling on Myntra. Some of the paperwork—PAN, Aadhaar and basic address proofs—is already at hand, but I still require guidance on anything missing for both government filings and the marketplace onboarding process.

Your scope covers three clear milestones:
1. Secure official business registration in India (we can decide together whether sole proprietorship, LLP or another structure suits best).
2. Obtain a valid GSTIN through the GST portal, fully linked to the new entity.
3. Open and activate a Myntra seller account, complete all brand approval steps, and publish at least one live WithStyle product listing ready to receive orders.

When you send your proposal, please outline the exact documents you will need from me, any government or portal fees I must pay directly, a realistic timeline for each milestone, and your approach to keeping me updated.

Acceptance criteria are straightforward: I must have the incorporation certificate in hand, the GST number visible on the GST portal, and an active Myntra Seller Panel with my first product live. Familiarity with MCA e-filing, the GST portal and the Myntra Seller Center is therefore essential.
