Register US Architecture Firm
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m an India-based architect preparing to open a virtual office in the United States so I can present a genuine local presence to my clients. I need an expert who can handle the full formation process for an architecture practice, starting with choosing the right state and entity type and finishing with all tax-related filings.
Scope of work
• Register the business and secure a registered address suitable for a virtual office setup.
• Obtain both a TAN and an EIN in my firm’s name so I can invoice clients immediately.
• Provide clear, detailed guidance on every USA-specific regulation that applies to an architecture firm—from professional licensing requirements to state board filings—so I know exactly how to stay compliant once we are live.
Context
I’m still in the process of establishing a legal entity in India, but I want the U.S. side ready first. You’ll therefore need to explain any cross-border considerations or documents I must prepare locally to complete the U.S. filings.
Deliverables (to mark the project complete)
1. Certificate or articles of formation plus proof of registered address.
2. Official IRS letter confirming EIN.
3. Documentation showing TAN registration is active.
4. A concise compliance guide covering federal, state, and professional rules for architecture practices, including any upcoming renewal dates.
Please outline your expected timeline and any state-specific recommendations when you respond.
