I am setting up a new service-based sole proprietorship in India and need an experienced professional to take me from “no name” to fully compliant.
First, I need help brainstorming and validating a business name. I want three to five strong options that meet MCA guidelines, have an available .in or .com domain, and face no obvious conflicts in the trademark database. Once we lock in a name, I’ll rely on you to handle every filing step:
• Prepare and submit the proprietorship registration paperwork
• Obtain the GST number through the GST Portal, providing me the ARN and final GSTIN
• File the trademark application with IP India, including the acknowledgment and TM-1 receipt
