I’m looking for a seasoned business-strategy consultant who can dive straight into my organisation’s day-to-day operations and uncover practical ways to run leaner, faster and smarter. The focus is strictly operational efficiency: streamlining workflows, removing bottlenecks, cutting waste and aligning teams with measurable KPIs.
You will need to analyse our current processes, interview key staff, benchmark best practices, then turn your findings into a clear action plan that I can roll out in stages. Data-driven insight is critical—please be comfortable working with performance metrics, financial models and the usual toolkit of process-improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, or similar).
Deliverables I expect:
• A concise diagnostic report highlighting root-cause issues
• A step-by-step improvement roadmap with timelines, owners and impact estimates
