Mike Cafaro

Mr. Cafaro is buying a daycare in IL and he wants to assume the legal name of the seller as his DBA name. The seller does not have a DBA name. This is an asset sale. My Cafaro has a license in the name of the seller from DCFS but cannot register the DBA name until the seller dissolves their entity. The bank does not want to close until the name the certificate officialy belongs ro Mr. Cafaro. We are at an impasse. Must be a way to satify both sides. Please advise.
