C-Level Leadership for BPO

I am ready to finalise a CFO, COO and CMO who can immediately raise the operational efficiency of a mid-size Business Process Outsourcing company headquartered in Sri Lanka. Each role must be filled by someone who already understands the dynamics of the BPO industry—our revenue models, seat-utilisation metrics, compliance landscape and global SLA commitments—so you can step in without a long learning curve.
I want to see a detailed project proposal from you that shows exactly how you would use your first 90 days to make measurable improvements. Break down the specific operational or financial levers you would pull, the systems or frameworks you would introduce (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, NetSuite, HubSpot, Power BI), and the KPIs you will track to prove your impact. If you are pitching for more than one of the three posts, show how you will coordinate efforts across functions to avoid silos.
Deliverables I expect before hire:
• A concise 30-60-90 day action plan tailored to our Sri Lankan context
• A summary of prior BPO or shared-services engagements that demonstrates deep industry knowledge
• Clear metrics you will own (cost-to-serve, churn, CAC, EBITDA margin, etc.) and how you plan to move them
Feel free to outline whether you envision a hybrid or fully remote arrangement and how you will collaborate with an existing management team located in Colombo. I will shortlist candidates whose proposals prove they can translate experience into immediate, visible efficiency gains.
