Leadership & Accounting Guidance

I want to bring in a specialist who can look at my organisation’s leadership approach and our accounting processes together, then shape a coherent system that fits our unique context. • You will document your findings in a concise report and walk me through the next steps—whether that means new KPIs, a revised approval chain, or smarter use of tools like Excel, Power BI, or cloud bookkeeping platforms.
