The firm will provide two core services—debt settlement and credit counseling—and all client interaction will happen through phone consultations, email support, and a live-chat widget on the website.
I’m looking for an experienced professional who can take this high-level concept and turn it into an operational reality. That means shaping the service model, building compliant processes, and packaging everything so my team can start serving clients right away.
Key areas I need help with:
• Service design: map the full journey for debt-settlement and credit-counseling clients, including assessment tools, repayment-plan templates, and follow-up cadence.
• Regulatory compliance: outline licensing, state-by-state requirements, disclosures, and client-agreement language to keep us on the right side of consumer-protection rules.
• Operational assets: phone-consultation scripts, email sequences, live-chat knowledge base, and an internal SOP handbook that keeps staff consistent.
• Go-live roadmap: timeline, KPIs, and any tech stack recommendations (CRM, call-tracking, chat integration) so we can launch smoothly and measure success from day one.
