LLC Formation Paperwork Specialist

I’m launching a brand-new LLC and need a chartered accountant who can take me from a blank slate to fully filed formation documents. At this point neither the company name nor the registered address has been filed anywhere—those steps are on my side—so you can concentrate purely on preparing, reviewing, and submitting the statutory paperwork that turns the idea into a legally recognised entity.

Your work will cover the full set of formation documents: drafting the Articles of Organisation, crafting an Operating Agreement that reflects single-member ownership, compiling the initial member resolutions, and completing all state filing forms. I’ll also rely on you to supply any ancillary templates usually required at formation (statement of information, initial minutes, EIN application packet) so everything is ready for signature and upload once the name reservation is confirmed.

Deliverables
• State-compliant Articles of Organisation (PDF + editable source)
• Operating Agreement tailored to my ownership structure
• Completed state filing forms ready for e-filing or mail submission
• Checklist of post-filing steps (EIN, opening bank account, first annual report deadlines)

Acceptance criteria: documents must pass the state’s online pre-screen for errors and come with clear instructions on next steps. Turnaround preferred within one week of project start.
