We are looking for an experienced professional who has strong knowledge of USA LLC formation for non-US residents and Amazon / Shopify seller account setup.

Scope of Work

Create a USA LLC for a non-US owner.
Recommend the best state for LLC formation and clearly explain why that state is better (tax, compliance, cost, Amazon acceptance).
Provide guidance for business address and utility bill requirements required for Amazon or Shopify verification.
Help prepare the required documents for Amazon seller account approval.
Support during Amazon verification process if needed.
