Job ID: 40226792

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Learning through case studies is a core pedagogical approach in international business education. Case
analysis is grounded in the view that effective international business decision-making requires the application
of theory to complex, uncertain, and context-specific real-world situations. Through structured analysis,
discussion, and reflection, students develop the analytical judgment and strategic thinking necessary to
evaluate international business challenges across diverse global environments.
For each case analysis, students are required to apply relevant course concepts and frameworks to a realworld
business scenario. Specifically, the task involves:
• Identifying and clearly defining the key problem(s) and decision challenges presented in the case
• Analysing the underlying issues using relevant theories, models, and concepts covered in the course
• Developing and comparing alternative courses of action available to the decision-maker

2
• Evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative, considering organisational and
environmental factors
• Recommending the most appropriate course of action, supported by clear justification
• Presenting the analysis in a structured and professional case analysis report format
