Incorporate Pvt Ltd & Gateways

I need to transition from an individual PayPal account—which was suddenly banned—to a fully compliant, private-limited company structure so that I can open fresh PayPal Business and Stripe accounts in India.

Here is what I require:
• End-to-end incorporation of a Private Limited Company, including DINs, name approval, MoA/AoA drafting and the final Certificate of Incorporation.
• Clear, actionable legal guidance on every compliance step (PAN, TAN, GST if needed, bank account, FEMA and RBI norms for inward remittances).
• Hands-on filing of all paperwork with MCA and any other authorities; I do not yet have the registration certificate.
• Post-incorporation support to activate PayPal Business and Stripe: completing KYC, linking the new corporate bank account, submitting contracts I hold with overseas clients and ensuring the accounts are approved without risk of future suspension.
• A brief checklist I can follow for ongoing statutory filings so the company—and my payment gateways—stay in good standing.
