Directors: 2 directors (1 Indian Resident, 1 US Citizen – Non-Resident)

Business Activity: Services related to Agro and Allied Sectors

FDI: 100% foreign direct investment proposed under the automatic route

Requirements:

Company incorporation with MCA

Assistance with RBI/FEMA compliance (if any) related to foreign director and FDI

Preparation and filing of necessary forms and declarations

Guidance on shareholding structure, capital contribution, and repatriation norms

Deliverables:

Incorporation certificate and related statutory documents

Assistance with post-incorporation compliances (FDI reporting, if applicable)

Preferred Professional:
Company Secretary or experienced professional with prior experience in FDI-based incorporations and RBI compliances.
