I own a woman-led healthcare startup with patents granted in the USA, Canada, and other jurisdictions for the world’s first tongue-training appliance designed to treat tongue thrust. Because our device sits at the intersection of medical devices, speech therapy, and oral-health innovation, I am looking for a specialist who can track down the best non-repayable grant opportunities available to companies like mine and then craft winning applications on our behalf.

Your role will begin with a landscape review: pinpoint federal, state/provincial, and private grant programs that fund woman-owned, patent-protected medical device ventures addressing unmet clinical needs. Once we confirm the short list, you will take each application from outline through polished submission, tailoring language to every funder’s criteria, impact metrics, and formatting rules.

Deliverables
• Curated matrix of suitable grants, deadlines, and eligibility notes
• Draft and final versions of each grant application, complete with budgets, timelines, and supporting data pulled from our clinical and IP dossiers
• A submission calendar so nothing slips through the cracks

Acceptance criteria: at least five high-fit grants identified within two weeks, followed by fully compliant applications submitted on schedule. I will supply clinical data, prototype images, and patent documents; you bring the grant-search platforms, persuasive writing skills, and knowledge of healthcare funding channels.
