Growth Analyst for User Acquisition & Revenue
Budget: $30 – $60 USD
Hi! I’m currently in the early planning stage of launching my business, and I’m looking for a freelance consultant who can help me build a KPI-based team management system from scratch.
I need someone who understands how to:
• Identify the right indicators to track for each function (Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc.)
• Align those KPIs with business goals
• Recommend platforms and tools to manage these indicators (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, Power BI)
• Help me build templates or dashboards
• Guide me on how to implement performance reviews, bonuses, and align the team with clear expectations from day one
This is a strategic planning project, not just data crunching — I need a big-picture thinker who can help design a lightweight, scalable system for performance tracking and team accountability.
Deliverables:
• A written KPI framework (including ownership by role and measurement method)
• Recommended tools/platforms with pros and cons
• 1–2 simple dashboards or scorecard templates (Google Sheets / Notion / BI tool)
• 1x walkthrough session with me to explain the system and how to use it
• Optional: Tips for setting performance-based incentives
Ideal Freelancer:
• Experience in startup operations, strategy, or business consulting
• Familiar with popular productivity/performance tools
• Clear communicator who can break things down simply
• Bonus: Knowledge of OKRs or employee performance frameworks
