We are a German EU-licensed fintech / digital banking company seeking to expand internationally by partnering with or acquiring banks in key markets across Africa, South America, and the CIS region.

We are looking for a local partner, consultant, team, or company who can help us with:

1- Identifying suitable licensed banks or fintech institutions in target countries that are open to collaboration, acquisition, or strategic investment
2- Facilitating introductions and negotiations with bank owners or decision-makers
3- Advising on local regulations, compliance, and licensing transfer/partnership process
4- Structuring the most suitable collaboration model for both sides

Possible Collaboration Models:

1- Equity Acquisition: Purchase of an existing bank against shares in our German parent company
2- Profit-Sharing Partnership: Joint venture where profits are shared based on mutually agreed terms
3- Strategic Alliance: Co-branding or co-operation agreement to expand our digital banking products under a local license
4- Management Contract: We provide technology and expertise, local bank operates under its license with revenue-sharing model
5- Merger or Full Buyout: Acquisition of the local entity with integration into our group structure

Ideal Candidate / Partner:

1- Strong network and access to licensed banks or financial institutions in one or more target markets
2- Experience in M&A, business brokerage, banking partnerships, or financial sector consulting
3- Knowledge of local banking/fintech regulations
4- Ability to work discreetly and professionally to connect us with the right decision-makers

Deliverables:

1- List of potential partner banks with basic profiles (license type, size, regulatory status)
2- Support during initial discussions, due diligence, and negotiations
3- Recommendations on the best partnership or acquisition structure per country
