We are currently seeking a Freelance Expert in Thailand BOI Applications.
Our company is in the process of incorporating a new manufacturing subsidiary in Thailand and preparing to submit an application to the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI). We require an experienced consultant who has successfully handled end-to-end BOI approvals, particularly for manufacturing and export-oriented projects.
Scope of Work:
Advising on optimal BOI activity category selection
Structuring the project to maximize incentives (tax exemption, duty benefits, etc.)
Preparing and filing the full BOI application
Liaising with BOI officials until approval
Assisting with post-approval compliance requirements
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful BOI approvals
Strong understanding of Thai investment regulations
Experience in manufacturing, wood, paper, packaging, or industrial sectors preferred
Ability to work independently and meet timelines
Compensation:
Commission-based engagement – Upto THB 400,000 (4 Lac Thai Baht) upon successful approval.Serious professionals only.
