Expert Business Consultant Required

Hi There,

I need an expert to solve my pain point, and to point me in the right direction for business registration for online business registration - if required at this stage where I am starting my online ecommerce presence, multiple options with right direction is required. Its sole proprietorship, so I am not sure which country and which option will be better for me.
