I am forming a new retail-sector company in Estonia and need a local resident who can officially take the positions of Management Board Member and shareholder during incorporation. Your name will appear in the Commercial Register, you will sign the standard formation papers, and you will be formally appointed under Estonian corporate law. After registration there is no operational responsibility: day-to-day management, accounting, and filings remain entirely with me.

Because I am preparing and filing the paperwork myself, your main task is to supply the required identity verification, sign the founding documents, and be available if the registry requests a brief confirmation. EU citizenship is welcome but not mandatory; Estonian residence is essential. Prior retail experience is not required, though a basic understanding of director obligations will help everything move smoothly.

Acceptance criteria
• Passport or ID copy passes registry verification
• Signed consent to act as board member and shareholder submitted on time
• Registration is successfully completed with your details reflected in the e-Business Register
