Stone Hill Group (SHG) is an independent consultancy built on the conviction that Europe, Africa, and Asia are shaping tomorrow’s world together. Currently on its pre-incorporation stage, we operate at the crossroads of geopolitics, economics, and strategy, providing dozens of businesses, NGOs, and investors with the clarity they need in uncertain times.

Our services range from policy research, risk assessment, and white papers to market entry support, project management, and cross-border strategy. We specialise in connecting ideas and actors across continents, offering nuanced analysis with practical solutions. At SHG, business development is not just about sales, it’s about building meaningful, long-term relationships across three continents.

Joining SHG means becoming part of a network that thrives on curiosity, adaptability, and purpose. You’ll work directly with leadership, influence decision-making, and help grow our global reach.

Job Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Business Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support client projects by conducting research, performing financial and strategic analysis, and contributing to deliverables that demonstrate measurable impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or early professional to gain hands-on consulting experience while developing skills in ROI assessment, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

Duties

- Conduct research and analysis to support business cases, feasibility studies, and market entry strategies.
- Assist in preparing ROI and cost-benefit analyses for client projects.
- Collect, organize, and interpret data to build clear models, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Support senior consultants in developing presentations, proposals, and client-facing reports.
- Participate in project coordination, including timeline management, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor industry and geopolitical trends to assess risks and opportunities for SHG’s clients.
- Translate complex data into accessible insights through written, verbal, and graphical communication.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with basic knowledge of ROI, KPI, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial concepts such as rate of return, portfolio analysis, or cost optimization (academic or internship-level experience is sufficient).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to data visualization or CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g: French, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin, or regional languages) are an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently in a remote environment.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn consulting methodologies.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary, depending on availability per week.
- Opportunity to work on international, cross-border projects with high-growth clients.
- Private healthcare and dental care, and a generous family leave, plus holiday benefits (25 days, once permanent 30 days).
- Direct mentorship and collaboration with SHG’s founder.
- Opportunities for education and training, paid for by Stone Hill Group.
- B2B sales commission of 10% for new customers brought into the business, paid as bonus in every calendar month.
- Work from anywhere, with occasional travel opportunities to Europe, Africa, and Asia.
- Potential for growth into permanent advisory or senior managerial roles as SHG expands.
