CA/CS Digital Signature Assistance

We are private limited company. Our compliance team has already drafted our current ROC and MCA forms and all we now require is a practising Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary who can place their valid Class III DSC on them. Only a checking of correctness of the contents and e-signature is necessary; the paperwork is complete and error-checked in-house.

You will simply:
• Review the document given and suggest if any correction needed, the document correction will be done by our internal team
• Use your active CA/CS Digital Signature Certificate registered on the MCA portal.
• Sign the set of ROC and MCA forms that I provide (they are ready to upload).
• Return the signed PDFs right away so we can file before the statutory deadline.
