Design Hybrid Resort Investment Structure
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting together an early-stage funding package for a boutique resort that will be raised entirely in a friends-and-family round. I already have the concept, preliminary numbers, and a rough outline of how the capital could flow, but I need a seasoned CA or business consultant to sanity-check and refine the structure before it goes in front of potential investors.

• Purpose: create a hybrid structure that blends debt financing with convertible notes, keeping the initial risk to investors as low as possible.
• Scope: fine-tune the capital stack, draft or polish term-sheet language, flag any tax or regulatory traps, and confirm that my waterfall and repayment triggers achieve the risk-minimisation goal.
• Deliverable: a concise, investor-ready memo (or slide deck if you prefer) that explains the mechanics, showcases sample returns under best- and worst-case scenarios, and highlights compliance checkpoints specific to India-based resort assets.
