U.S. Credit Building & Credit Restoration Specialist

Grahamith Global Solutions is a growing credit education and restoration company seeking an experienced Credit Building & Credit Restoration Specialist to join our team. This position starts with a paid trial of five clients, with the opportunity for a long-term role based on performance.
Responsibilities
* Review personal credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
* Develop customized credit restoration strategies.
* Prepare and manage dispute processes for inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
* Analyze credit reports and identify opportunities to strengthen credit profiles.
* Educate clients on responsible credit management and long-term credit building.
* Assist clients with utilization strategies, payment history improvement, and credit mix recommendations.
* Recommend secured and unsecured credit products when appropriate.
* Help clients establish and strengthen their personal credit profiles.
* Maintain accurate client records and provide regular progress updates.
* Communicate professionally with clients while representing Grahamith Global Solutions.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with experience in:
* Personal credit restoration
* Credit building strategies
* FCRA knowledge
* Credit report analysis
* Collections, charge-offs, late payments, and inquiry disputes
* Utilization optimization
* Authorized user strategies
* Credit monitoring platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Experience
* Experience working for a credit restoration company.
* Familiarity with Metro 2 reporting.
* Knowledge of CFPB and consumer dispute processes.
* Experience educating clients on building long-term credit.
