Position Overview
• Be registered as a UBO and/or Director of the Canadian company.
• Participate in identity verification and compliance procedures with banks, payment providers, and regulatory institutions when required.
• Sign corporate documents when necessary.
• No involvement in daily operations.
• No client management responsibilities.
• No trading, sales, or operational duties.
Company Activities
• International payment solutions.
• Foreign exchange services.
• Financial services for business clients.
• Operates under Canadian regulatory and compliance standards.
Requirements
• Canadian citizen or resident preferred.
• Ability to pass KYC, AML, and compliance checks.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.
• Availability for occasional meetings, verification processes, and document execution.
