I am ready to form a new company in the United States and need a formation specialist who can handle the entire process from incorporation through obtaining the appropriate business license. Right now, I can supply only two things: the company name I have chosen and a valid registered U.S. address. Everything else—paperwork, state selection, filings, compliance steps, and license applications—will be in your hands.
State of registration is still open; the note I left was simply “Additional notes,” so please feel free to recommend Delaware, California, New York, or any other jurisdiction you believe best suits a remote‐friendly, service-based startup. Your guidance on the legal and tax implications of each option will be invaluable.
Scope of work
• Advise on the optimal state and entity type for liability protection and tax efficiency
• Prepare and file all formation documents with the Secretary of State
• Act as my liaison for any required agent or publication steps
• Secure an EIN from the IRS once the entity is approved
• Identify and obtain the correct local, state, or federal business license so that the company can operate immediately
• Deliver digital copies of stamped formation documents, the IRS EIN confirmation letter, and the business license certificate
Acceptance criteria
• All filings completed and accepted by the relevant agencies
• EIN issued and verifiable on the IRS system
• Business license delivered in a format that can be displayed or printed for compliance inspections
