Company Representative / Nominee Director – Malaysia Resident Only

We are a global recruitment and staffing services company with established operations in India, the UK, and the US. As part of our international expansion, we are in the process of setting up our legal entity in Malaysia.
To fulfill local regulatory requirements, we are looking for a Malaysian national to act as a Company Representative / Nominee Director for entity formation and compliance purposes.
Scope of Role:
Act as a local nominee / representative for company incorporation in Malaysia
Support statutory and compliance-related formalities (as required by law)
No operational workload or capital investment required
This is a long-term association, not a one-time task
Commercials & Benefits:
You will be associated with an 8+ year-old international recruitment business
Opportunity to earn commercial fees from existing global clients we already serve (e.g., large BPO and enterprise clients)
Stable and structured business flow once the entity is operational
No financial investment required from your side
Ideal Candidate:
Malaysian citizen/resident
Comfortable acting as a nominee representative for a foreign-owned entity
Professional, reliable, and open to a long-term business association
