I have formed a Private Limited Company, which is registered with the e-Business Register, and I have already cleared the company name. What I still need is an experienced local partner to take me from paperwork to a fully operational entity.
Here is the scope:
• Secure a compliant legal address inside Estonia and forward any statutory mail to me digitally.
• Prepare and file the Articles of Association in line with the Commercial Code, making sure they are accepted without revisions.
• Guide or represent me through the remote bank-account opening process (traditional bank or a licensed fintech), so the company can invoice and receive payments immediately after registration.
Please outline your timeline, any additional state or notary fees I should expect, and the specific digital tools you prefer to use (e-Residency portal, Smart-ID, DigiDoc, etc.).
