I have a consulting report assignment and I am interested in hiring someone with big 6 consulting firms experience. It is a 50-pages business plan type of a report for a healthcare solution. I have the full structure of the report and most of the data and analysis. I need someone or a team to work on composing the report and a 12-15 slides presentation of the report.
The final deliverable will include Challenge Definition; Problem Statement; Solution Design; Impact Analysis and Benchmarking; Financial Model (simple) for a non-for-profit initiative.
All required reading material and documents are available; hint: minimum research is required. I will take you/the team through each session of the final deliverable and give you the reference for each session and what do I want from you on each session. I will assist you on the project daily and will hold a weekly meeting to see progress and give comments and discussion for the following session.
The expected number of hours on the project will not exceed 100-120 hours if the right person is handling it. Someone with experience in Big 6 consulting firm is a must. Don’t bother bidding for the project if you don’t have that experience and not willing to present it. The project must be completed within 4 weeks.
