US Business Formation Attorney
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m ready to formalize a new venture in the United States and need a licensed business attorney who focuses on formation and structuring. I haven’t settled on whether an LLC, corporation, or another vehicle offers the best blend of liability protection, tax treatment, and fundraising flexibility, so clear, comparative guidance is my first priority.
Once we choose the entity, I’ll count on you to draft and file all formation paperwork, secure the EIN, prepare the operating agreement or bylaws, and walk me through initial compliance steps at both the state and federal levels. Early-stage contract review to be sure they dovetail with the chosen structure would also be helpful.
