Job Description
We are in the initial stages of establishing a recruitment firm specializing in sourcing and placing raw talent from India into the Tourism and Hospitality industry in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to guide us through the process of building our company from scratch. This includes understanding legal requirements, creating business strategies, developing operational procedures, and planning for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on setting up a recruitment firm, including legal, financial, and operational aspects.
Assist in developing a comprehensive business plan and strategy.
Advise on necessary registrations, licenses, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Outline best practices for recruitment processes and talent sourcing.
Help in identifying potential markets and opportunities for growth.
Develop a roadmap for building a network with employers and stakeholders in the Hospitality industry.
Provide guidance on marketing and branding strategies.
Offer ongoing support and consultation as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in business consulting, particularly in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements for setting up a business.
Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
Ability to create detailed business plans and operational procedures.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with market research and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
Background in the Hospitality or Tourism industry.
