I am looking for a business advisor or consultant based in Manitoba, Canada (applicants from other provinces will also be considered) to assist me with setting up my company. The work will primarily involve:
Providing guidance by phone, video conference, and email
Offering advice on corporate setup and compliance
Assisting with forms and filings as required
Advising on corporate laws and regulations in Manitoba and Canada
Requirements:
The person should be local to Manitoba; however, candidates from other provinces will also be considered
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of corporate laws in Manitoba and Canada
Experience with business setup and compliance processes
Familiarity with companies conducting business with the USA would be an asset
This may become an ongoing project, as I may need continued support after the initial setup.
