Build Efficient Startup Ops SOPs

We are building a land management and operations company in India and are looking for an experienced Operations Consultant / Business Strategist who can work closely with the founder to bring structure, clarity, and scalable systems into the organization.

This is not just a discussion-based role.
We need someone who can think, design, and implement real operational structure.

What We Need:

We are currently in the early stage and want to properly structure:

Departments (Land Verification, Farmer Relationship, Field Operations, Buyer Support)
Clear hierarchy (Managers → Team Leaders → Field Executives)
Task ownership and accountability
Scalable workflows for field teams
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily operations

Your Role:

Work directly with the founder as a thinking partner + execution guide
Design and refine organizational structure
Create clear SOPs and workflows
Help define roles, responsibilities, and reporting systems
Guide how to scale from small team to large team
Conduct regular strategy calls (2–3 times per week)
Continuously improve processes based on real execution

We are NOT looking for:

Only HR recruiters
Only theoretical consultants
Only document creators without real-world execution

We ARE looking for someone who:

Has experience in startup operations / business consulting
Has built or managed teams
Can convert ideas into practical systems
Can challenge thinking and give honest input
Understands field operations (bonus)
