Belief Coding ICF Accreditation

Job ID: 40329533

Budget: £5,000 – £10,000 GBP

I have an established coaching modality called Belief Coding® and I’m ready to bring it under the International Coaching Federation umbrella. I need expert, hands-on support that focuses on the documentation and application stage of the ICF accreditation process. There is currently no paperwork in place, so you would be starting from a clean slate and guiding the entire build-out.

Your role is to translate the Belief Coding curriculum and delivery model into language that satisfies ICF’s core competencies, ethics and programme standards, then assemble every form, policy, syllabus outline and evidence file the application asks for. I will supply full access to our course materials, recorded sessions and any additional information you request; you turn that raw data into a submission-ready package and keep me informed of any gaps we must fill.

Key deliverables
• A clear roadmap with milestones from initial scoping to final submission
• Drafts of all required ICF documents, policies and competency mappings for my review
• A polished, fully compiled application folder ready to upload to the ICF portal, including any checklists or appendices they require
• Guidance on next steps once the application is filed, so we’re prepared for follow-up questions or revisions

Acceptance criteria
• All documentation aligns with the current ICF accreditation handbook for Level 1/2 programmes
• Language consistently reflects ICF core competencies and code of ethics
• Application passes a pre-submission compliance check (we’ll schedule that together)

If you have a proven track record of getting coaching programmes accredited and you’re comfortable starting from scratch, I’m eager to collaborate and move quickly.
