Australia-Based Recruitment Agency Setup

Initial Business Setup – Remote Freelance Role

I’m seeking a proactive and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with the setup of a new recruitment agency that connects offshore talent with Australian businesses. This is a one-off setup project with potential for ongoing work.

Key Tasks:
• Business name research (Australia-based):
• Check domain availability (.com.au and .com)
• Search the ASIC business name register
• Check social media handle availability (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• System setup:
• Set up Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Create folder structure for clients, candidates, contracts, and SOPs
• Build a client/lead tracking spreadsheet in Google Sheets
• Optional (preferred but not required):
• Build a basic website (Wix, WordPress, or similar)
• Set up social media accounts with branding

• Lead generation
• Admin support and client coordination
• Content scheduling
• System documentation and optimisation
