30' interview with a career consultant (custdev)

I'm looking for a career consultant for a 30-minute interview on the topic of feedback tools (360) in client work. The 360 evaluation has been used by companies for many years, but this tool is rarely used on people's own initiative. I would like to look at this issue through the eyes of a career consultant. The ultimate goal is to estimate the business opportunity for creating a special tool for individual 360 assessment. The interview should be recorded (Zoom).

Important:
- Work in the American market or Western European markets
- Experience conducting a 360 assessment in client work.
