Seeking a Thai-Speaking Business Coach

We’re a startup in the Tourism space, dealing with various providers within the tourism industry such as tour guides, restaurants, and hotels, and are in search of a Thai-speaking business coach.

Our goal is for you to support the growth and strategic development of our single salesperson within our team. Aiming to grow our market presence and refine our strategic initiatives through tailored coaching.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct customized 1:1 coaching sessions via online meetings two or three times a week.
- Help address specific challenges and opportunities in the tourism sector, with a focus on sales, business growth, and cultural understanding.
- Provide relevant training materials to facilitate the executive's development in essential areas.
- Ensure a strong emphasis on cultural and linguistic compatibility with our target Thai audience.

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in Thai, with a deep understanding of the Thai business culture.
- Extensive experience in sales, business growth, and individual executive coaching.
- Proven ability to offer tailored guidance and supply necessary training materials.
- Previous experience in the tourism industry or closely related fields is preferred.
