Negotiate Fire Damage Insurance Claim

I need assistance in helping my customers negotiate their fire damage insurance claims for residential property. We are a restoration contractor doing large loss residential claims. The damage encompasses both the interior and exterior of the house. The exterior damage includes both structural and cosmetic damage.
