My main goal is to communicate smoothly with customers, so every lesson has to revolve around real-world client interactions—greetings, product explanations, after-sales support, and casual yet professional small talk.
Here is what I expect:
• A structured learning plan that targets customer communication first, then gradually covers wider business topics.
• Short conversation drills, role-plays, and written exercises based on email, live chat, and in-person scenarios.
• Clear feedback on pronunciation and tone so I sound natural and confident.
• Suggested vocabulary lists and phrase banks I can review between sessions.
Lessons can take place online via Zoom or Google Meet, two or three times a week. I’m open to your recommended approach as long as the focus stays on practical, customer-facing Indonesian.
