Create 2 Business Management (include financial management) E-learnings that I can upload to website

I need 2 e-learnings on business management - SME (50% for each e-learning should be on financial management but the difference is see below). I shoudl be able to have a quiz with 5 questions at the end of each section - which shows if answers are correct or wrong and advises correct answer after initial attempt.

1st Elearning - from basic financial literacy to explanation of financial statements - why are they important, what are the key information required when compiling the same - Profit and Loss Stmts , Balance Sheet, Cash Flows, who prepares them, why a company should have them? do they account for depreciations etc...

2nd Elearning - If a company has managements accounts what should they review on a monthly basis, what are the key indicators for financial success of their business, key ratios, are the profitable, how they managing their costs, do they make financial projections etc,....
