To create a Code Unit in Business Central with a Function for Reading/Writing from data tables

Hello, I have a project I need help with. I need someone to create a Code Unit in Microsoft 365 Business Central 2019 that has a Function to Read and Write from Data Tables. The technology stack to be used is C# and it will be accessing the Business Central Database Tables. The type of Function that needs to be added to the Code Unit is Read/Write Records.
